In accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 2008, all payments made to Vietnam Motorbike Rides is held in trust to guard against insolvency. All our transaction is safe and secure when you make online payment via
1) Deposit and Payment
We require from 30 % upon making tour confirmation and the first day arrival in Vietnam, We will settle the remaining balance in our Office in Hanoi or your hotel.
2) Paying by Credit or Debit Card
We do accept Credit and Debit Card payments. All deposits can be paid on-line, we do not take card payments over the telephone. Deposit payments paid by card are subject to 3 % bank commission fee surcharge. We will charge by local EX rate

It is your responsibility to ask your bank how much they charge to convert into United States Dollars (USD) and/or transfer fee and if they have to go through a third bank (from our experience, 80% of the transfers usually go through a bank in U.S.A. like Bank of New York or Bank of America) before Sacombank. Please only use USD. Some of our customers were double charged without notice! 3) Risk and Responsibility
Your participation in a trip is entirely at your own risk. We are NOT responsible or liable for any injuries you may suffer, fatal or otherwise. Also, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage to your property, including your motorcycle, irrespective of how any damage may have been caused.
a) Motorcycle – It is your responsibility to have the correct Motorcycle (Vehicle) Insurance – please remember to inform your insurance company of your intent to travel in Vietnam.
b) Travel – It is your responsibility to organise Travel Insurance for yourself / passenger.
a) If we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund.
b) If you cancel your trip, you will be entitled to a refund within the following time constraints.
Cancellation Refund Table below
More than 45 days prior to trip departure. No charge, however 100$US deposit is non-refundable.
1. Cancellation received more than 30 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months.
2. Cancellation received from 15 to 28 days before departure: 10% of the tour price
3. Cancellation received from 7 to 27 days before departure: 60% of the tour price
4. Cancellation received from 7 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the tour price
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of any tour if applicable.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
6) Detailed Changes
While we will do our very best to provide the services we describe, we also reserve the right to make changes to our advertised tours/prices/itineraries when considered appropriate. Such changes can include, but are not limited to, Accommodation problems, Industrial Action, Acts of God, etc.
We are not responsible for any delays to your journey, prior to you joining the trip at our departure point. It will be your responsibility to make and pay for any alternative arrangements for travel and accommodation.
8) Your responsibility to yourself and other tour members.
You are expected to ride in a courteous manner, in respect of other road users, and especially the other members of the tour. This is a group event and as such you, as a member of the group, have some responsibility towards other group members. If you look after them they will look after you. On our tours there is no room for selfish actions. If you are not a team player find other Vietnam motorbike tour companies tour to go on.
We expect you to ride safely at all times, and it is your responsibility to be individually aware of the prevailing speed limits, road signs and rules of the road etc.
If you are unable to keep pace with the main group or wish to individually stop off to look at places of interest/museums etc we may require you to ride separately from the main group. It is not fair to keep other group members waiting for long periods of time.
